Requirements:
1. Min. 0.6-2.5 years of Support experience
2. Good knowledge in Basic Hardware & Software skills
3. Ability to handle 150-200 out bound calls a day
4. Develop maintain positive working relationship with clients
5. Fast learner and can pick up new technologies
6. Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
7. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to retail stores and find prospect
2. Give a quick sales pitch and generate leads over the phone
3. Record qualified leads in CRM and assign to sales team
4. Do follow-up calls and attend incoming leads
5. Listen attentively to client needs and share with team
6. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly summary reports
7. Work independently and use internal CRM tool efficiently
8. Assign leads in a timely manner to sales team
9. Learn and apply product/domain knowledge in sales engagements
